Q: How do I place an order?

A: Fancyweaver is a profession internet woven label company , Manufacturer of urban fashion goods, therefore all items you see online are available to purchase immediately. Simply view the item you wish to purchase, select an request option and click on "add to basket" - Follow the instructions shown online to complete your purchase.

Please note that in order to purchase from us you will need to pay by either credit/debit card or PayPal.

Q: Can I got proof for approve?

A: Sure , all product we will send the proof to custom approve. our proof is a so special , because the proof created by profession woven label system . then we can make sure the proof is work on labels .

Q: Can I have custom color?

 A: Yes, if custom colors , Pantone and PMS matching is available , we had over 1000 polyester yarn shades in stock for woven labels, we do not promise exact matching, we will get as close as we can.

Q: Can I contact you by phone?

A: We prefer you to contact us via e-mail - this enables us to respond to all your queries quickly and efficiently. Corresponding via e-mail has a lower cost to us than a call centre, and we have built this lower cost into our prices passing the savings on to you. Q: Do you have a Shop?

A: No. At this time we do have any physical stores, we are a Hong Kong based internet Manufacturer

 

Delivery and Shipping

Q: How long does it take to ship out orders?

A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 10-20 days once payment is received and layout approved. including weekends and holidays.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Ships by "registered post" form Hong Kong.

Q: Can i track my order after it's been shipped?

However we have no control over actual carrier shipping time. Form our experience, sometimes it's get 5 days to reach United States, sometimes it's will get 16 days to reach, it can take up to 5-7 days just to get through customs. Once it gets over there, your country's postal system take over. so shipping time is unpredictable. Although this is an accurate estimate on average shipping time, actual shipping maybe slightly vary due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.

Although "Registered Post" can a track able shipment. it's more secure than regular airmail, however, when your country's postal takes over, some might be able to trace but some don't.

We also do offer Speed Post/EMS and FedEx, DHL international shipping, although it's much more expensive than registered mail, is track able and considerably faster in shipping time, typically 3 business days to US, 3-5 business day for most countries.

Q: I've only received part of my order, what's happened?

A: Although these transactions are routinely handled without incident, the possibility of human error or equipment malfunction cannot be completely eliminated. we will take a auction immediately when we got these problem on.

A: We only presently accept payment via Credit/Debit card and PayPal.

A: When you reach the final billing page and submit your order we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account,

If the payment is authorized, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming the details of your order.

If payment is authorized but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order we will contact to clarify the issue in question.

If the payment is not authorized by your bank or card issuer, you will be advised so online and asked to contact your bank.

Q: Does Fancyweaver keep my credit/debit card information?

A: No. We use 128 bit SSL encryption to accept payment at checkout via PayPal & Bank of China, our payment processors, however as soon as payment is processed your credit card information is disposed of and never retained.

Q: You've charged me more than the price shown on my invoice?

A: Please note that we only charge you the price shown on the checkout pages and your invoices. We are a Hong Kong based company with a .com domain and list all our prices in US Dollar Hence if you are not a resident of the US or are paying from a bank account not located in the US then you will be charged at the current worldwide exchange rare - this is not dictated by Facnyweaver but by your own bank based on current world rates.

Q: The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.

A: All product we will send the proof to custom approve, these proof with Actual Size and Color for preview.

Q: I've just placed an order, can I change it?

A: This will depend on the status of your order. if you still not confirm our proof .There should be no problem changing item, however if you want to upgrade your shipping method or add new items we will send you a link allowing you to cover the additional cost.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: This will depend on the status of your order. if you still not confirm our proof. we can refund money to you by PayPal.

Q: I need to change the delivery address of my order?

A: This will depend on the status of your order and your account with us. If you want change the delivery address , please email us as soon as possible when you approve the proof.

Q: How long will it take to refund me?

A: Please allow 1 business days for a refund/exchange to be processed from the date we receive your request refund.

Q: Do I have to pay for return postage?

A: If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Q: Do you refund the delivery charges for returned orders?

A: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
